Responsibilities:
To provide expert remote and in country sales service to sell elearning products and technical books to corporate customers and resellers, ensuring a positive purchase experience with the International Division.
Job Description:
  • Responsible for International SALES within GERMANY and surrounding nations.
  • Regular travel to GERMANY.
  • Initiation and development of customer relationships.
  • Making follow up or initial sales contact with prospects.
  • Organising and making appointments for visits to GERMANY.
  • Attending and assisting with organisation of conferences and exhibitions on territory where necessary.
  • CROSS-SELLING relevant products during customer ordering to ensure full customer satisfaction on receipt of product.
  • Developing product and market knowledge to maximise service.
  • Maintaining an effective monitoring system to ensure potential customers are contacted at the relevant time.

Skills and experience:

  • Must have some SALES and/or TELESALES experience.
  • Office experience working within SALES based department.
  • Must have good spoken and written GERMAN and ENGLISH.
  • Working knowledge of MS OFFICE products.
  • Ability to work to tight SALES TARGETS and deadlines both individually and as part of a team.

Desirable: 

  • SALES experience within training environment.
  • Working knowledge of FRENCH or SPANISH an advantage.
